Had a reservation but waited a half hour and they still hadn't seated us, so we ended up leaving and going to a restaurant next door. Not sure why they take reservations if they don't honor the time.

Cheesecake yes, Factory, not so much. Facatory kind of implies a certain leval of efficiency. Unfortunately that was not our experience. If you want to eat here make sure you have a lots of time and aren't hungry. After we were seated it took a while for a waiter to come to the table. It was about 9:15pm so we where just there for an app and cheese cake. It took over a half an hour to get waters. 20 minutes later I asked about the app. We were told it would still be a while. If they can't get an appetizer out in an hour, I think you'd be in trouble for food. We canceled it and asked for the check and the cheese cake to go. Another 20 minutes or so later we finally get the cakes and could leave. So over an hour waiting and all we got was water and cheesecake to go. We tried a bite of the cake when we got home. It was fine, but I would say not worth the wait. I can't imagine we'll be back soon.

Had a great dinner experience before heading to a Mammoth hockey game! Our server was very fast and attentive. The food came out quickly and was delicious! We enjoyed the panzanella salad and Quattro formaggi pizza. The restaurant was quiet and there seemed to be plenty of seating.

Visited on 10/14/2026. My husband and I had dinner. Our server Carmella was very knowledgeable and helped with our final choices. Dinner was amazing- I had the Chicken Parmesan and my husband had the Zwickel plate. Highly recommend Red Rock Brewing for the service, food and friendly atmosphere.

I cannot speak highly ENOUGH! I was not going in expecting to find one of my new favorite spots. Pizza was AMAZING. And the bread pudding is hands down, the best I have EVER had! I’ll be making the 45min commute just to have some! We also had fabulous wait staff that made sure our drinks were topped off and that we were satisfied. Fantastic all around!

First stop off my road trip into Salt lake city and it was not a great experience. I sat at the bar and my server off top gave me a bad vibe. I ordered a Caesar salad with salmon simple. When my order came I had just a Caesar salad no salmon. Somehow there was a disconnect there and sent the salad back to add the salmon. I have my salad, mocktail and bread, I’m happy. When it comes time to pay I see he charged me for a whole salmon plate , Caesar, and a mocktail. Ok cool no problem I asked him about it and got upset with the question about the charge. He stated he would have to see if he could adjust it? He comes back and informs me that he just went ahead and charged me for a chicken Caesar salad. All that to say that I probably should have gone to The Capital grill maybe they would have welcomed me with a better experience.

Very good breakfast/brunch spot! We like to visit when we’re doing other things downtown. The location is great for visitors too, given proximity to hotels and the conference center. There is a good assortment of items to choose from- a’ la carte, pastries, & full meals. The coffee is well made and easily customizable. Food has tons of flavor is and prepared well. Since seating is limited, it can be a challenge to dine in at peak times. Also, tables are very small, which could bother some people. If you come for grab & go items, expect a small line to pick up fuel. It is not recommended to come here with bigger groups. I do find the price a bit steep, so we don’t come here as often as we would like to. Expect to spend around $60 for two coffees and two entrees. Please keep the roasted steelhead toast on the menu!

Disappointed! You guys are priced more than the other location. AND FALL SHORT. My last three visits I’ve had issues with my food orders. DO BETTER GUYS

Forget to order online through the chick fil an app. I placed the order 20 min before my arrival and when I got to the counter they told me that the order didn’t go through. I said what? I spent time to download the app and wasted time to place the order to finally wait 5 minutes for a sandwich and a medium fry.. I won’t ever order on line though the app.
